For 18 years, Glenda McMichael (Right) has specialized in finding distinctive merchandise while buying for her Blue Door customers. She has been in the fashion industry for 40 years and challenges herself to continuously find unique inventory pieces at market.  When at the boutique, Glenda loves shopping and styling her customers. On her days off you will find Glenda spending quality time with her grandbabies, traveling or playing tennis.

Kylie Hileman (Middle) currently manages the boutique. Her love for fashion started in childhood and she has now attended FIDM, majoring in Apparel Industry Management and was assistant manager at Nordstrom. She is dedicated to helping our customers have an amazing shopping experience both in the boutique and online. When not working, you will find Kylie spending time with her husband and 3 year old daughter.

For 25 years, Amy Day (left) was in the medical field (sales) and retired a few years back. She has always loved fashion and the rest is history. She has been with Bluedoor Boutique since september 2022. When she's not at the boutique, she is spending time with her husband and doggie Bailey, and traveling.
